If I Could Stop Gambling After 45 Years, You Can Too
This guided video program shows you how to interrupt urges, reset habits, and rebuild control — without shame, lectures, or unrealistic promises.
I WANT THIS COURSE: $197.00
Many people arrive here feeling:
Caught in habits that no longer reflect who they want to be
Disconnected from the people who matter most
Under constant financial strain
Burdened by guilt or self-blame
Unsure whether change is really possible
Frustrated by previous attempts that didn’t stick
Gambling has a way of slowly taking up more space than you ever intended.
Not just financially — but mentally and emotionally too.
It can strain relationships, create constant pressure, and leave you feeling alone with something no one else quite understands.
If you’ve tried to stop before but found yourself slipping back, that doesn’t mean you lack discipline or strength.
More often, it means you were relying on willpower instead of the right structure and tools.
This course was created to change that — offering clear guidance, practical strategies, and steady support, step by step, as you rebuild control.
This course is designed to support you in changing your relationship with gambling.
It offers practical tools, structure, and guidance — but it is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

WHO IS MARK AISTON
Mark Aiston is a well-known Australian media personality with over 40 years’ experience in television and radio.
He made his name as a sports presenter on Network Ten and ABC, covering major events like the AFL, Bathurst 1000, and the Melbourne Cup. Mark’s polished delivery and deep knowledge of sport made him a household name across South Australia.
But behind the scenes, Mark faced a battle with addiction — to alcohol, drugs, and gambling. These struggles ultimately cost him his media roles, his health, and nearly everything he valued. In 2016, he entered rehab and began the difficult road to recovery.Â
Today, Mark is over seven years clean and is dedicated to helping others facing similar challenges. He is now a mental health and addiction advocate, public speaker, and media coach — using his personal journey to inspire lasting change in others.
